Fadaat Media hosted a specialized workshop for journalists and media professionals across the group, titled “Human Rights Standards and Principles in Journalism and Media, and the Guiding Principles for Digital Platform Governance.”
The workshop was organized by the United Nations Training and Documentation Centre for Human Rights for South-West Asia and the Arab Region, in cooperation with UNESCO’s Gulf States and Yemen Office, Alaraby Television Network, and Al Araby Al Jadeed.
The program aimed to deepen participants’ understanding of human rights and highlight the importance of integrating these principles into daily journalistic practice, particularly amid rapid technological advancements and the growing impact of artificial intelligence tools on media environments, freedom of expression, and access to information.
