International Awards for Alaraby TV Network and The New Arab
Fadaat Media Group’s platforms gained further international recognition after winning several prestigious awards in digital media and television production for documentary, investigative, and human-centered works on war, memory, and social justice.
Alaraby TV Network won nine awards at the Telly Awards for a range of documentary, investigative, dramatic, and factual productions addressing major humanitarian, political, and historical issues, including the war on Gaza, Sudan, and the Syrian coast. Among the achievements, the documentary “Gaza: Struck off Records” received the Gold Award in the Social Impact category, in addition to five Silver and three Bronze Awards for documentary, investigative, factual, and drama productions by Alaraby TV Network and Alaraby.
Meanwhile, The New Arab’s short documentary “Samidat: In the Face of War” won the WAN-IFRA Middle East Digital Media Award in the category of “Best Use of Video.” The documentary highlights the story of displaced Sudanese women in Cairo who confront the impact of war and exile through football, offering a human-centered narrative focused on displacement, identity, and resilience.
These awards reflect the diversity of creative production and the commitment to delivering high-quality Arabic content capable of competing on a global level.
