Responsible for the physical design, configuration, implementation, and deployment of all business support IT systems the organization requires.

Responsibilities

•    Responsible for the infrastructure environment; including providing services regarding LAN/WAN connectivity, employee environment set up, server room setup, and cloud servers.
•    Perform installation, maintenance, configuration, and administration of company systems, and support application the business might need.
•    Handle VPN connection between various offices and locations.
•    Perform system monitoring activities, including verify availability of all hardware, server resources and systems.
•    Ensure completion of scheduled jobs, e.g. backup, Help tickets, etc.
•    Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues reported through Help Ticketing system.
•    Stay up to date with system administration new technologies and developments and recommend best practices/solutions in alignment with company IT operations plan.

  • Excellent Knowledge in networking including, WAN, LAN, Firewalls
  • Knowledge in basic concepts of ITIL
  • Knowledge in basic concepts of Linux, MSSQL server
     
المؤهلات
  • 4-5 years of experience in system administration      
  • B.Sc. degree in Computer Science/Engineering or another relevant field
  • Very good in server administration, active directory, networking, and other business support systems and windows clients
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure
  • Team worker
  • Willingness to learn
  • Can work under minimum sup
