The event was overseen by the International Society of Arab Book Publishers, the Union of Turkish Publishers, and the association of Turkish Publishers, with the participation of more than 250 publishing houses spread over 23 Arab and foreign countries. 
As media partners, “Al Araby Al Jadeed” and “Syria TV” had access to live coverage during the exhibition cultural events and activities, and the chance to interact with the visitors who exceeded 120 thousand visitors. The Istanbul based “Syria TV” also dedicated two episodes of “Damaer Motasila” to highlight the exhibition diverse activities and programs, in addition to a variety of stories in their daily TV programs.
